Terms of Service
Effective July 7, 2026 · Rekit is in early-access pilot; we may update this as the product develops.
These terms govern your access to and use of Rekit, a launch-operations platform operated by Scott Duyn (“Rekit,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
The service
Rekit helps wholesale brands plan launches, manage accounts and placements, coordinate vendors and quotes, and track field activity. Rekit is currently offered in early-access pilot and is provided on an evolving basis; features may change, and availability is not guaranteed during the pilot period.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for the activity of the users you invite into your workspace. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
Your data
You retain ownership of the data you put into Rekit. You grant us the limited license needed to host, process, and display that data solely to operate the service for you. Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use Rekit to violate the law, infringe others’ rights, upload malicious code, attempt to breach security or access another organization’s data, or interfere with the operation of the service. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other customers at risk.
Fees
Paid plans, if you subscribe to one, are billed through Stripe on the terms presented at the time of purchase. Pilot access may be provided at no charge; we will give reasonable notice before any charges begin.
Disclaimers and liability
During the pilot, Rekit is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Keep your own backups of business-critical information.
Termination
You may stop using Rekit and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect the service; where practical we will give notice and let you export your data first.
Changes
As Rekit develops during the pilot, these terms may change. We will update the effective date above when we make material changes; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
